I grew up in, completed my undergraduate education, and worked in medical research in the Western United States (Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, and most of all, Colorado) before completing my Osteopathic Medical training, Radiology residency, Body Imaging Fellowship, and PhD in Physiology and Biophysics in the Chicago Metropolitan region. While I started my career in central Illinois, I became disenchanted with living there and evaluated various places to work in the Northwest, including Oregon and Washington States before coming to Alaska, where I quickly fell in love with the people and beauty of the last frontier, especially Prince William Sound. I feel very fortunate to live in Alaska and to have been given the opportunity to work with the knowledgeable professionals and state-of-the-art equipment at Advanced Sonograms of Alaska, and I hope you will allow us to demonstrate to you how good ultrasound imaging can be.
