WHO WE ARE
Advanced Sonograms of Alaska is a dedicated ultrasound imaging practice. We respect the pivotal role that an accurately performed sonogram may have in the diagnosis and management of your care. Our philosophy is to promote the use of diagnostic medical ultrasound as a safe, accurate and more cost effective diagnostic tool. We provide the most experienced skilled professionals, advanced ultrasound techniques and the latest equipment. Providing your care in a friendly, compassionate and informative manner is our mission.

| OUR STAFF
Our staff of mature Sonographers has extensive experience and expertise in obstetrical, general and vascular ultrasound procedures. We are credentialed by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and by the Fetal Medicine Foundation in multiple specialties that include Abdominal/Small Parts, Breast, Obstetrics/Gynecologic, Neurosonography, and Vascular Technology. We are a certified first trimester Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone testing center (Early Screen®). All diagnostic exams are interpreted by two local radiologists: Greg Kisling DO, PhD and Val Christensen MD, who are board certified by the American College of Radiology.

| OUR TECHNOLOGY
We utilize GE Medical ultrasound systems, the leaders in 3D/4D technology. Our ultrasound systems are all 3D/4D equipped and we utilize this technique in everyday practice. 3D and 4D ultrasound currently provides exciting and practical benefits in both obstetrics and gynecology. New applications for the technique in both general and vascular applications are emerging. We are local leaders in the use of this technique and continually monitor and implement other new developments and procedures.
