WHO WE ARE
Advanced Sonograms of Alaska is a specialized ultrasound imaging practice. We understand the pivotal role that an accurately performed sonogram can play in your diagnosis and the subsequent management of your care and are dedicated to promoting the use of diagnostic medical ultrasound as a safe and accurate imaging test. Our team of physicians, sonographers, vascular technologists, and office staff provide you with the best care available in a friendly, compassionate and informative manner.

| OUR STAFF
All of our exams are interpreted in the office by two respected Anchorage radiologists, Greg Kisling DO, PhD and Val Christensen MD, who are board certified by the American College of Radiology. Our staff of mature Sonographers has extensive experience and expertise in obstetrical, general and vascular ultrasound and is entirely credentialed. Our staff is credentialed by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and by the Fetal Medicine Foundation. We are registered in multiple specialties which include OB-GYN, Abdominal/Small Parts, Breast, Neurosonography, and Vascular Technology. In addition, the entire staff is certified to perform first trimester Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone genetic risk screening (Early Screen®).

| OUR TECHNOLOGY
We utilize GE Medical ultrasound systems, the leaders in 3D/4D technology. All of our ultrasound systems are all 3D/4D equipped and we utilize this technique in everyday practice. This technology currently offers exciting and practical benefits in both obstetrics and gynecology, and new uses are emerging in general and vascular applications. We are leaders in the use of advanced techniques such as these continually monitor and implement new developments and procedures.
